Dust-off your clubs, replace your soft-spikes and get ready to play in this year’s AATC Spring Fling Golf Tournament presented by Earthworks on Tuesday, April 3rd, at Tierra Verde Golf Club (7005 Golf Club Drive, Arlington, TX 76001)
Our Spring Fling is a traditional 4-person, 18-hole tournament, and is limited to the first 36 teams who register. The cost to play is $900 per team. Your $900 per team includes golf, your cart, breakfast, lunch, Power Putting contest entry, and 2 mulligans per player.

This prohibition is required because AATC’s Spring Fling golf tournament raises funds for AATC’s Political Action Committee (AATC PAC). In Texas, PAC cannot accept corporate donations of any kind. AATC golf tournaments are all about having fun, networking, and a commitment to advocacy.
The driving range will be open at 6:30 am for all golfers. Breakfast will be available to the players upon arrival, and the 18-hole best-ball tournament tees-off promptly at 8:00 am.
We’ll award post-tournament prizes for the winning teams including $200 per golfer for the 1st place team, as well as $100 per golfer for the winner of randomly-selected 2nd and 3rd flight teams. We’ll also have prizes for specialty holes (closest to the pin, longest drive, longest putt made, and women’s only longest drive, etc.)
When you’re done playing golf – head home. We’ll post all the team scores on aatcnet.org and get prizes to our winners ASAP!
At 8 am, we’ll all be asked to gather at the clubhouse with your putter in hand for our exciting Power Putting! It’s a 1-ball, 1-shot winner-takes-all chance to win $500! Note that skill is not a requirement! If more than one ball goes in, we’ll have a putt-off.
Your $900 team registration fee is used to support state and local candidates for public office (justice of the peace, city council, mayor, state representatives, etc.) and support/oppose ballot initiatives that impact the multifamily housing industry. Your money is spent locally on elected officials and causes that directly impact your company’s bottom-line.
