I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for this crazy, weird COVD-19 alternative reality to be over!! It’s so bad that I’m having Zoom meetings about Zoom meetings! There, my mini-rant is over – I feel better.
Great news, gang!! We at AATC & AAGD are hosting a virtual Business Exchange presented by Lowes Pro –Maintenance Supply HQ on Friday, October 2, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Business Exchange is the largest single-day fundraising event for the National Apartment Association Political Action Committee (NAAPAC). Last year, because of you, we raised more than $158,000 for NAA PAC! If you are frustrated with eviction moratoriums and the mess in Washington, you need to support this event and help our industry elected industry-friendly members of Congress.
This year’s Business Exchange offers the same fantastic networking opportunity, but now in a new virtual format.
Each owner/operator and supplier will have 15 one-on-one pre-assigned Zoom-meetings.

Owners/Operators: We need your help! DFW multifamily owner/operator participation is the key to the success of this event. We need you and your peers to be a part of this fabulous networking opportunity. More importantly, we need you to register as many decision-makers as possible. The more owner/operator attendees, the better!
As always, the virtual Business Exchange is free for owner/operator attendees! Since this year’s event will have pre-assigned meetings for each owner/operator attendee, it is imperative that you replace them if one of your team members cannot attend.
Suppliers Partners: Supplier registration opened at 9:00 a.m. (CDT) on Friday, August 21, for the 2020 AATC-AAGD Virtual Business Exchange presented by Maintenance Supply HQ. Since this year’s event is virtual, supplier participation is limited; and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
As always, suppliers must be members of both AATC & AAGD to participate.
It is $300 per supplier attendee; limit two attendees per supplier company. One attendee is $300 – two attendees is $600.
All payments must be made with personal credit cards. No company forms of payment will be accepted. Because the Business Exchange is a PAC event, no receipts will are given; however, you will receive a contribution confirmation.
You must provide a unique email address for each supplier attendee.
AATC, AAGD, & NAA are partnering with Pathable to arrange one-on-one meetings. Supplier attendees will be asked for their Owner/Operator executive meeting preferences the week of September 21. Each supplier attendee may select up to 20 owner/operators as potential meetings. Keep in mind that a meeting preference does not imply, nor guarantee, an appointment with a specific owner/operator executive or company.
