Big League Conference
Imagine being able to walk into a stadium and being able to experience the fresh roasted peanuts being cracked open, hearing people tear into a box of Cracker Jack, or even the persistent sound of lips smacking on Big League Chew. What if you were able to sit over Center Field so you could see all the action going on down on the field below? That sounds like a great day enjoying the American past-time, right? You’d be right but this is also an accurate description of our upcoming Big League Conference at the Texas Rangers Ballpark on November 13, otherwise known as Globe Life Park.
Lani Grant, Impact Floors, and Laurie Root, Alpha-Barnes, have put together one of the best line-ups you’ve probably seen to date. This year’s title sponsor for our Big League Conference is H2O Plumbing so you’ll be seeing them hanging around the dugout to watch all the action unfold. Don’t forget about our Big League Host Sponsors: Century A/C, Impact Floors, McMahan’s Flooring, and Maintenance Supply HQ. This’s year’s pinch-hitter and keynote speaker is Toni Blake of TotallyToni.com. Toni is a popular international speaker, consultant, author and comedienne inspiring thousands of multifamily apartment industry professionals every year. With over 30-years of training experience, her ‘laugh while you learn’ approach has made Toni one of the most sought-after experts in her field. To top it all off, our play-by-play announcer and event emcee this year will be none other than AATC’s President, Nicolle Block, AMLI Residential. If that doesn’t sound like world champion team, then I don’t know what does.
Make sure you get YOUR teams registered for this fabulous, inspiring event. The fee is $149 per person if you pre-pay or $159 per person if you choose to get billed. This year, you’ll show up and park at Arlington Convention Center (It’s Free) and then we’ve charted shuttles to take you to the Ballpark and back just in time for the Trade Show! Lunch will be served at 11 a.m. sharp and the Conference will immediately follow. Show up early to get registered and to get shuttled to the Ballpark from the Convention Center.

As if the Big League Conference wasn’t enough, AATC is also hosting its annual Trade Show on November 13. This year, over 160 DFW multifamily supplier partners will converge at Arlington Convention Center to showcase the latest and greatest products available to help property owners and managers operate their communities. At the end of the day, it’s all about getting and keeping residents and this showcase will show you the very best options available to do just that!
The good news is that all owner and management company onsite and corporate employees can come to the show—for free! That includes parking. The show opens at 4pm and runs all the way through 8pm, at which point, we’ll be giving away our 1967 Chevy Camaro to a lucky ticket-holder! We’ll also be giving away several other cash prizes throughout the night, but you have to be present to win any of our cash prizes! Our final Grand Prize of $2,000 will be up for grabs once again but you still may walk away with $250 by sticking around during the evening.
Under the leadership of our 2018 Trade Show Committee Chair, Jeff Duerstock, Reliant, AATC has been able to set it up so that you’ll be able to see over 160 companies and visual examples of their products. This is an important event for all of our supplier partners and you we encourage you to bring as many people as you can to the Trade Show so you can start thinking of better ways to serve your residents. It’s also a good chance to go by and say ‘hello’ to your current suppliers, they would all love to see you!
By registering in advance, you’ll be eligible for an additional drawing! So don’t delay, show up and support your industry. Not only do we want you to stay connected, we want you to get connected.
Register here at http://www.aatcnet.org/trade-show.html and tell all your industry friends to do the same!
See you on Nov 13 at Arlington Convention Center!
*Supplier partners must have a booth in order to enter the Trade Show. Contact Ed Blinn at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
