AATC Education Conference and Trade Show Put Together by Powerhouse Team!

Every professional sports team has a goal…to win. By the end of every season, for every sport, all but one team is able to take that goal to its completion. It’s a hard-fought journey. During the process, some of the players get hurt, miss out, get traded, etc., but the rest of the team steps in and picks up the slack and keeps their eye on the prize. This is what makes great teams succeed over good teams—the ability to overcome obstacles. The teams that don’t solely rely on one person to make or break them turn out to be the most successful.

In a way, that is how AATC event committees work! They are teams of people that work together for a common outcome—no matter the challenges that come in the way. Once again, we’d like to recognize our Trade Show Committee, chaired by Becca Brown, BG Multifamily and our Education Conference Task Force, co-chaired by Anita Hord, Pace Realty, and Amy Alvarez, McMahan’s Flooring. Of course, none of this would be possible without the support of our Education Conference Title Sponsor, Lani Grant from Impact Floors. Once again, through the efforts of our incredible team, we are able to present to you a cohesive education conference and trade show experience you are likely not to forget!

Starting with our 2019 Education Conference, presented by Impact Floors, we are happy to introduce our keynote speaker: Jordan Austin Lavine. He is the creative force behind brands such as Cold Stone Creamery and Massage Envy. Our conference host will be none other than the always energetic and inspiring Jackie Ramstedt. We’ll also have industry experts Brenda Carpenter, Darcy Bixby, and Sarah Turner on hand to help you engage, empower, and experience the multifamily industry like you never have before. Event registration opens at 9 am and the conference will kick off at 10 am on November 19, 2019, and go through to 4:30 pm at the Sheraton–Arlington…right next to Arlington Convention Center. There is limited seating, so make sure you get your teams registered before it’s too late! Special thanks to our Education Event Host Sponsors for making this event extra special! They are Century A/C, Guardian Construction, Maintenance Supply HQ, McMahan’s Flooring, Parking Badge, and TXU Energy.

After the Education Conference ends, we’ll march as a group over to our annual Trade Show at the Arlington Convention Center Exhibit Hall. Join us from 4 pm to 8 pm on November 19, 2019, and come see all the new and exciting products and services that can help you keep your properties running at their best! Attendance is free for all owner/management and property employees. If you’re going to the Education Conference, you’ll automatically be registered in the Trade Show; otherwise, visit our website at www.aatcnet.org and get your teams signed up—for FREE! Remember, you must be present

While you’re at it, make sure you give kiddos and cheers to our fantastic committee chairs and their committees for another job well done!
